DesignWorks Singapore
DesignWorks Singapore is a design-based education and innovation centre specializing in Business Design. Our goal is to contribute to the development of new skills that can help accelerate Singapore’s growth and competitiveness through the discipline of Business Design. DesignWorks Singapore is a partnership between Rotman DesignWorks and Singapore Polytechnic that will benefit businesses as well as Singapore Polytechnic students and staff by nurturing creativity and innovation.Our Business Design Enterprise Program pairs organizations with knowledgeable faculty, facilitators, and program support teams to help them explore new opportunities for growth, and innovation. Through this program, small and medium sized enterprises can learn about the Business Design process and how it can benefit them in a hands-on workshop and follow up program. It is supported by SPRING Singapore, a government enterprise development agency.
In order to build a strong, Singapore based Business Design capability, select SP faculty members are participating in a Business Design Certification Program. This ten-month program combines theory, action learning, methods training, and project work into a rigorous educational program that will qualify them to teach, practice, and facilitate the discipline of Business Design.
